Nikki Khurana-Baugh

Nikki Khurana-Baugh is the Vice President for College Advancement. In her role, she oversees the college's fundraising and engagement efforts, including Annual Giving, Alumni and Parent Engagement, and Corporate and Foundation Relations.

Nikki started her career in higher education as a student phonathon caller in the Annual Fund in her freshman year at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Southern California. She spent four years talking with incredible, passionate alumni, listening to their stories, and sharing mutual experiences. She couldn’t have imagined that this part time student job would instill in her a love for advancing higher education that would continue for the next 25 years! Nikki has never stepped foot off a college campus since she was a freshman - a true lifer, dedicated to students' successes!

The first time Nikki came to the Mount, she was awestruck by the breathtaking views, the care in which the grounds, facilities, and college were kept, and the sense of community she felt. After spending the day meeting with college leadership, faculty, and students, she quickly understood what a special and unique place Mount Saint Mary College truly is. When she was fortunate enough to be offered this position, she knew this was where she wanted to be. Her husband, Mark, and 2 toddler boys, Adam and Aaron, moved all the way from Las Vegas to Newburgh and found home here. At the Mount, we are surrounded by dedicated, inspirational faculty, inquisitive students, and staff that work tirelessly to ensure the college's success!

Nikki feels truly blessed to be here, to be working with the talented team in Advancement, to have a President that puts the needs of the students and the staff first, and looks forward to getting to know more of our remarkable student, alumni, community leaders, donors, and friends.
