Counseling Services
We're a listening ear when you need it most.
Counseling Services at Mount Saint Mary College offers free, confidential, short-term counseling for students seeking therapy or mental health treatment. Our licensed counselors help students work through a number of mental health issues that can arise during college, including anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as issues related to relationships, family, academics, and more.
We pride ourselves on creating an environment that is welcoming and nonjudgmental. There’s no shame in asking for help, and no reason is too small to come in!
In addition to counseling, we also offer mental health screenings, group therapy, and wellness programming throughout the year to promote good emotional and mental health.
Students can call, email, or stop by the office to make an appointment.
